"Though Moab is rather far from the border, Miguel's Baja Grill is serving up vibrant Mexican food. The restaurant serves authentic dishes from all over Mexico, but mostly from the Baja California region of the West coast. Several dishes on the menu feature seafood, and ocean fare from Miguel's is always fresh. Also, the produce used in the kitchen is organic whenever possible. Beyond the expected nachos, tacos, and moles, Miguel's also serves hearty salads and a bacon-wrapped scallop appetizer that is mouthwatering. This place has become so popular that there can be a wait for a table, or avoid the wait and make a reservation. Either way, it is certainly worth the effort."

"Migel's Baja Grill is, hands down, our favorite dinner spot in Moab. The food is amazing and offers original, fresh and delicious spins on a variety of Mexican fare. Come early or have reservations because this restaurant fills up quickly."

"We visited from the UK during the US shut down and this place still had people queing out the door so make sure you make a reservation.
The food was amazing, so much flavour, such big portions and real friendly staff. If they want to open one in london I'll be the first in the queue (every day)
Also a good selection of nice Tequila."

"After a day of hiking, nothing like a delicious authentic Mexican meal and great service. Get there early or get a reservation though especially on weekends."

"Food was nice and spicy and full of flavor. Very filling. Leftovers lasted at least one more meal. Took awhile to get a table but would've gone back if I was staying longer than 5 days. (They do take reservations, which we didn't have.)"
“Great Mexican, Cute Location”

"Right on Main Street, located in a unique, winding building, with decorations that are a cross between 'fiesta' and 'grandma's house.' Even though it was jam-packed on a Wednesday night, we were seated right away (group of 5) and all the staff let us know that they would be right with us as soon as possible. Lots of very, very good chips and salsa. Menu is small but better than your average Mexican restaurant--I recommend the vegetarian enchiladas with roasted poblanos, onions and tomatoes with mole. Margaritas are expensive but they have flavored San Pellegrino and tequila shots so you can make a ghetto-rita to save money. Great experience when you're super hungry."

"Two times in two years and plan on making this a ritual. The service is outstanding. The food is Mexico/California mix of pleasure. Hard to find but when you do you will not be disappointed."
